As a company engaged in the design and manufacture of metal products, we are aware of the environmental and climate change caused by the manufacturing process. At the same time, it pays attention to energy efficiency, air and water pollution treatment, waste management, energy conservation and emission reduction. We attach great importance to reducing resource consumption and waste in the long term to save operating costs, such as electricity bills, water consumption, paper consumption, etc. We actively encourage the participation of employees at all levels in optimizing production processes and achieving synergies between carbon reduction and pollutant emission reduction.

Resource management in our production plants
Oil
Oil mist extraction at the machines collect and return cutting fluid into the production cycle.
Water
All machines are placed in oil trays to prevent groundwater contamination.
Light
Central lighting control to reduce electricity consumption (indirect LED lighting).
Heat
Use of the heat produced by the production machines to reduce heating costs.
Optimizing use of resources
Boly prefers to eliminate or significantly restrict the usage of resources with potential risks for the environment during its production activities. We apply a policy of compliance with the laws and regulations regarding environmental protection while improving the company’s influence on the environment whenever economically plausible. These are considered minimal standards.
When we consider a new production process and machinery, we chose technologies in compliance with the best available technology, and we persistently look for ways to reduce energy consumption, resources, and waste generation. We continuously verify, evaluate, and manage the impact of the company on the environment and adopt necessary technical and organizational measures to minimize it. Through continuous education and motivation, we lead our employees to adopt the principles of environmental protection.
We strictly comply with local laws and regulations regarding environmental protection, while minimizing environmental impact where reasonable.
- We use environmentally friendly, EU RoHS-compliant raw materials.
- Scrap Recycling – Recycle metal scrap and powder into usable metal.
- Waste Oil Recycling – Recycle waste oil from machine tools to refine industrial oil.
- Resource Recovery – paper and plastic recycling.
- Water Management – Strict wastewater treatment controls within the plant to treat wastewater without pollution and to help the environment live sustainably.
