Advantages of our management

Boly is highly experienced at managing complex supply chains on behalf of our customers. From sourcing exotic materials for making machined parts that comply with customers’ specifications to managing subcontract processes such as heat treatment and surface finishing, our in-house engineering expertise and deep knowledge of the ISO 9001 requirements allows us to develop supply chains that deliver.

Volume and capacity

Boly has over 100 lathes that capable of machining complex parts from 5 to 150mm in diameter, run by a skilled technicians and highly trained employees, scheduled two shifts a day and six days work. This flexible capacity supports customer high-volume production orders.

Global Logistics

We have loading docks at our China manufacturing facility and Hong Kong warehouse. No matter ocean freight or air express freight, both of our locations play a critical part in our global distribution services.

Advanced quality system

All aspects of our manufacturing processes are monitored to maintain the exacting high standards of the ISO 9001 accreditations that we hold, giving our customers confidence in the quality of our precision turned and screw machined parts.

Lean manufacturing

Boly routinely operates Kanban and other customer-driven quality and inventory management systems, all managed with our proprietary MRP software that integrates functions across the company. It help us to manage all machines production efficiently.

Vendor-Managed Inventory

Being a high-volume production machining and screw machine products supplier, Boly specializes in annual contracts and blanket orders with min-max inventory agreements, as well as fixed firm orders, to consistently supply your parts at optimal costs and delivery at reduced inventory levels.

Value engineering support

Simplify your supply chain with a single supplier from early stage prototyping to low-volume production. We follow the industry quality standards to reduce costs throughout the product lifecycle. Our team brings unique industry expertise to part design for developing high quality parts at an optimum cost.

Reliability and Quality

We offer quality inspection reports to meet your quality management system, including dimensional report, material REACH/RoHS documentation, Certificate of Compliance (CoC). We also offer quality certifications such as: FAI, Cpk, PPAP, sample and process qualification, and more.

Custom Packaging

We work with your teams to determine the best way to build and package your products to ensure efficient assembly with your existing components. Proper packaging can help prevent corrosion and collision on the products. Typical packaging includes bulk pack, boxed in foam layers and pick/place trays.

Machined-Part “Vendor Supply Chain” Program

Switching to BOLY for machined-parts made easy and hassle free

As the world shrinks, demand for the movement of goods across the globe and expectations for fast delivery have simultaneously increased. Implemented for efficiency and to simplify the supply chain management process wherever possible, our vendor program is a streamlined approach to order fulfilment and inventory management that benefits both suppliers and buyers.

We created our 3-Step Vendor Supply Chain Program to address that task. Through this program, we work with you to plan and anticipate every step of the vendor transition. You realize better quality parts delivered with more cost and time efficiency — and without concern for production delays or lost productivity.

Step 1: Parts analysis and redesign for DFM

We conduct thorough our engineer to assess your current parts or components program. We apply innovative engineering to determine if we can create your parts more efficiently or with improved precision and meet design for manufacturing (DFM).

Step 2: Machined part prototyping

With a better design in mind, we can create a 3-D models or working prototypes, allowing us to test and refine proposed component improvements prior to production. This can allow us to identify and prevent mistakes or discrepancies.

Step 3: Machining and inventory management

Once your prototype is tested and approved, we can begin machining and finishing your part or component through a Contract Manufacturing arrangement. This included skilled subassembly if needed. This “machine-now, pay as delivered” program delivers two distinct advantages.

First, you realize volume-discounts, with payments extended to coordinate with your actual part or product usage for a more positive and controlled cash-flow.
Second, our ability to warehouse inventory means you can avoid inventory shortages and excess inventory spending.
